Campbell Asset Management Group, Inc.™ (CAM|G™) is a real estate brokerage, private equity investment manager and developer headquartered in Northport, New York. CAM|G provides a full service platform for clientele who require real estate investment, asset and development management services.

Leadership

CAM|G was founded by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Sean M. Campbell | M.B.A., M.S., CCIM. Mr. Campbell serves as the broker of record for the firm and spearheads development due diligence, along with private equity activities pre- and post-acquisition. Sean has comprehensive experience in the asset management, development and construction project management of Industrial, Commercial Office and Mixed-use properties.

Prior to pursuing private equity endeavors, Mr. Campbell held several management positions at Related Companies, L.P. within the Asset Management group at Hudson Yards, New York operating over $1 billion in assets. Prior to operating the Hudson Yards campus – the largest development in U.S. history to date – Sean spent several years as a Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in their Project & Development Services (PDS) division managing and executing commercial projects in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Campbell received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Thomas Jefferson University, and then subsequently received a Master of Science in Construction Management and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship. Sean is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
